Our Initiatives
Cali Calendar
A centralized event platform connecting calisthenics athletes and organizers nationwide. By improving event visibility and coordination, we're helping legitimize calisthenics as an organized sport while driving foot traffic and economic activity to the urban communities where events are held.
Out the Streets
A community intervention program using calisthenics to redirect young men in urban areas away from street violence. Through structured training, mentorship, and competition, participants build physical strength, mental discipline, and a sense of belonging.
Women Are Strong. Period.
An initiative breaking down barriers for women in strength training. Research shows resistance exercise significantly improves women's health outcomes across all life stages — yet many women feel unwelcome in strength spaces. We provide judgment-free environments where women can learn calisthenics, a form of training requiring no equipment and accessible anywhere.
Youth Development & School Partnerships
Bringing calisthenics programming into schools and after-school programs, introducing young people to bodyweight training as a foundation for lifelong fitness and self-discipline.
Community Leader Program
Training passionate athletes to become certified coaches and workshop facilitators in their own communities. This creates local leadership, generates income opportunities, and scales our reach beyond what a central team could accomplish alone.
Community Meetup Fund
Supporting local organizers who host regular calisthenics meetups in their communities. Many passionate athletes already gather groups informally but face out-of-pocket costs for platform fees, equipment, or venue access. This fund provides micro-grants to cover those barriers, ensuring consistent free training opportunities exist in communities nationwide.
